Abella Chateau, being the third oldest home in Fredericksburg is an inviting place for an enjoyable weekend away for three couples, a girl’s weekend away or even a large family gathering. You may want to rent the whole house for a group or separately upstairs or downstairs. Abella Chateau has three bedrooms, each having their own privacy with their own charming bathrooms. The large kitchen has two breakfast nooks and a serving window that leads into the lovely dining room area and into the front living room area. The dining room area can seat up to 10 guests at the magnificent wood table. In the common living room area there are two lovely couches with a massage chair and a large big screen television. At the front of the house there is another living room area with two more couches and a gas fireplace. You can sit and read a book or just relax by the fire. Downstairs there is a bar and pool table for the guys, as well as a table for four guests. This is a great place that you can hang out down here and have fun. After a long day of shopping, playing golf, or fixing dinner on the BBQ pit you can sit outside by the large limestone rock fireplace and relax on the patio under the arbor. Abella Chateau is absolutely charming in every way and ultimate in your weekend getaway.
