A "Must See" While in Fredericksburg

Located in downtown Fredericksburg, Texas (the Heart of the Texas Hill Country) this Basse block bed and breakfast building was built in 1915 for the Stehling Brothers. Alte Welt Gasthof (Old World Inn) has two luxury bed and breakfast suites available. Alte Welt Gasthof features bed and breakfast style lodging with clean, relaxing European antique decor.

Both Bed and Breakfast Suites offer lodging with Romantic European Decor. This wonderful ambiance is created thru the exclusive use of antiques and vintage fabrics.

Alte Welt Gasthof is in the heart of downtown. Just step out the front door to Main Street Shops, Restaurants and FUN. It's only a block away from the Marktplatz. The Guesthouse can accommodate families or groups. It sleeps 2 persons per unit comfortably. It can also be used to accommodate small conferences. There is no host on premises so that you can have quite, relaxing privacy. There is a Queen-size Bed in each suite.
